For the better understanding we have divided our terms & Conditions into two different parts. First part is describing the terms & conditions for the authors & the second part describing the terms & conditions for article publisher.

For Author – In this part of the terms & conditions, when authors are submitting their articles to us, they are agreed to the T&C by Webzine Articles.com.

1. Author(s) agreed that the submitted article(s) is a copyright article or property of the author.
2. Article is not taken from our article directory and edited and then submitted to our article directory.
3. Author(s) has/have given permission to us to publish their article(s) anywhere on the web.
4. We do not take any guarantee for the approval of the article even if it a copyright article of yours.
5. We reserve the right to remove any article of any author anytime when it is caught in offense.
6. Author(s) is/are agreed that Webzine Articles can run the sponsored sites and/or advertiser sites on the article pages submitted by authors.
7. Author(s) is/are agreed that they will not submit affiliate links, HTML coding in the article as per the rules & submission guidelines.
8. We reserve the right to delete the article or author account if has/have been found against guidelines.
9. Webzine Articles reserve the right to move your article(s) into the most appropriate category time to time.
10. If someone violates your copyright - it will be solely your responsibility to take action against those who abuse your copyright to protect your interests. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit your articles.
11. Your article must be properly formatted without grammar mistakes, spelling errors, formatting problem, and or as discussed in the submission guidelines.

1. Publishers are agreed to use the article in the same condition as it is without any change in any part of the article.
2. Publishers are agreed for not to run advertising sites, free ads, sponsored sites, or any other revenue source on our articles.
3. Publishers are agreed to make all the links visible and clickable as they are on the original article.
4. Publishers are agreed not to change title, body, about author or resources box of any article taken by webzine articles directory.
5. Publishers are agreed to provide a courtesy link to webzinearticles.com below every free article taken by our article directory.
6. You also agree to never use article crawlers, rogue bots, automatic script, system scanning, or any automated software that attempts to mine the article content on webzineArticles.com. You acknowledge that we may block your access to our site and/or membership.

1. There can be only 5 sponsors of any article at a time will be listed on the basis of first come and first serve.
2. There is no queue or waiting option available.
3. Your title must be limited to 25 characters. No description will be listed.
4. While sponsoring any article, your website must be related to the article, or to its category or to its parent category.
5. While linking our html code from your website, it must be the same website you want to use as a sponsor on the article page.
6. Third party website will not be allowed for sponsorship.
7. Your website must not be banned from Google search engine and pages including the link back page must be indexed.
8. Your link back page must be available within 2 clicks from your home page.
9. Adult, Casino, gambling, porn and blogs, will not be accepted for any kind of sponsorship.
10. If any sponsored article(s) is removed by author or by the admin, free sponsor can opt to cancel the sponsorship or can opt for another article sponsorship with the same process. Non linking sponsors can continue the same sponsorship by choosing any other article from the same category.
11. If you opt for non linking sponsorship and your site is not accepted, you will be receiving a refund of the received amount by us.
12. We have right to accept or reject any website for any listed or not listed reason.
