HIV AIDS How To Fight Back

A devastating disease HIV AIDS have caused more than 20 million deaths worldwide and million more are living with disease. According to current studies, in last twenty years over forty million people are living with AIDS. In year 2003 alone, over three million people died because of HIV AIDS. In all over the world 1 December is organized as World AIDS Day, since 1988.

The alarming note of the latest AIDS Day was that during 2007 some 2.5 million people infected with the virus. Around fifty percent of total infected populations by HIV do so they are 25 are killed by AIDS before they are 35. The worst part of the current studies is that 2.5 million children are infected out of total 33.2 million infected people. Developing nations are most affected by the HIV around 95% of people infected by AIDS live in these nations. AIDS is a deadly disease which is caused by a virus HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus).

The HIV infection spread through

1. Having an unprotected sex with a person who has HIV or AIDS.

2. Sharing the same needles with some one who is infected by HIV or AIDS.

3. HIV can also spread by the HIV infected blood transfusion.

4. HIV virus can transfer from mother to new born baby during baby develops in mother uterus or at the time of birth or during breastfeeding.

How to protect from HIV virus

1. Do safe sex, use condomsRubbers during intercourse.

2. Do not share the needles.

3. Do not come into the direct contact with blood or body fluid of someone. who is infected with the virus. The HIV virus cannot spread by donating blood, drinking glasses, sneezes, coughs, towels, mosquitoes or other insects, and casual contact such as handshake or hugs.

In last two decades, AIDS has become a biggest fear on human civilization. Every single county in this world has a challenge to fight with deadly disease and HIV infection is one of the most feared infections. Every individual and every nation has needed to fight against this evil disease, joint-handily.
