| Duplicate Article Submission Policy Update |

We have been observing the submissions in the article directory very carefully and we found that there are some cases when member submit their already submitted (Approved, rejected or pending)articles to the webzine. We would like to inform that we have a schedule for the article approval process that takes places on every 24 hours to 48 hours.
Member(s) are informed through the automatic email notification for the status of their article(s) when reviewed by one of our editor. We also send a URL associated with your approved article in webzine article directory.
This is recommended that use the home page article search to find your article in webzine directory instead of submitting the same article again. Repeat duplicate article submission and/or avoiding the rules and policy, might lead member to the account suspension.
Tips to avoid duplicate submission -
1 – Make a list of all your submitted articles to webzine articles.
2 – You must check your webzine member page to see the total approved or pending articles or rejected articles.
3 – If your article is rejected, do not submit your same article again unless you have made the required changes according to the policy.
Hope these tips might help you in the right direction to stop duplicate submissions.
