The Accommodation

Wisteria Gîte comprises of an open plan living space which includes a kitchen with full oven and cooking utensils, fridge and microwave. There is a dinning area with table and chairs, a seating area with a sofa that converts into a double bed and two armchairs plus French and English satellite TV and a DVD player.

There is a shower room downstairs which includes the WC, pedestal washbasin with mirror and an automatic top loading washing machine.

Upstairs on the landing there is a computer with broadband connection and a door to the double bedroom with a fitted wardrobe and bedside lights.

The Facilities

The Wisteria Gîte facilities include secure parking inside the property.

Electrically operated gates where each vehicle has its own remote control .

A secure and safe environment for younger children to play.

Its own private veranda and garden with BBQ and seating and use of the 10 × 5 pool during the open season.

A computer with free broadband internet connection is located in the Gîte.

There is also adequate space for caravans or trailers to be parked and if necessary provisions can be made.

Local Information

The Gîte is Ideally situated within easy access to several airports namely Poitiers, Limoges and La Rochelle. These are served mainly by Ryanair and Easyjet.A ½hrs drive will take you to theme, leisure and wildlife parks, ancient churches, Roman remains and Silver mines.

The major towns of Niort and Poitiers are close by offering the larger shops and supermarkets.La Rochelle, our nearest port is where you will find wonderfully clean beaches a huge Aquarium and a beautiful town with shops to visit and restaurants to wine and dine.The Gite is also within walking distance of a general store, bakers, restaurant, hairdressers and bar.
