By Miss. Shalina Khemlani  [ 619 Words ]

There are quite simple measures that could considerably cut down on your precious time that you spend all day in the kitchen preparing special meals for your loved ones. Cooking tips basically save up on a lot of time, energy and obviously money.

For starters, one of the basic tips would be to try and concentrate on simple recipes rather than elaborate and the more like technical one. As that would certainly result is a large amount of dishes and more cleaning up would be needed. One of the basic tips for cooking is to always keep the rice or noodles to boil or defrosting meanwhile preparing other meals so that you avoid wasting time later. In order to enhance the flavor try using a few low-sodium broth's and sauces, in some meals you could add a touch of herb vinegar's, or hot pepper sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and nuts for fast-cooking flavor.

If you consider the job of cutting onions for every meal or pealing garlic, peppers and other spices a tedious task then what you could do is try and keep it cut and store it in a freezer and whenever needed just keep it out a while before actually beginning to prepare your meal. This is certainly regarded as one of the most essential tips for cooking.

Another best way and quickest way to prepare a meal early in the morning is to grind onions, green peppers, red peppers, garlic, tomato, and other spices like basil, oregano, and pepper in a blender and then defrost in or place the paste in an ice cube trays. You could store this in a zipped bag in order for the water not to enter in it. While making meals you could simply add one to about two cubes varying on the way you wish to prepare the meal. This will easily last for a fortnight and along with that also save you a lot of trouble.

In order to make lip smacking Naans & Rotis always half roast and pile them and do the final roast just before serving. This will make sure that the Rotis are while eating which is how many people like it and also it’s soft and not hard to break and harder to chew. Some of the best examples of different types of Rotis include the most famous layered Roti which taste excellent with any gravy or you could also choose to make masalas mixed by adding different filling which would depend on the discretion of the eater. The methi Rotis and bakri could just be other options to opt for when bored of plain Rotis.
